Solo

As Admin, you can manage incoming orders from customers.

start order will notify the customer that working on his order started.

complete order will notify the customer that working on his order is done and order is ready.

cancel order will notify the customer that his order is cancelled and deleted.

you can refund orders directly from order details page

Both you and the customer can exchange messages through the order details page. Both you and the customer can upload attachments to the messages.
